To access the full features of the arionplay77 Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the arionplay77 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. arionplay77 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;

arionplay77 reserves the right to suspend or lock an Account if suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation and verification by our security team.

arionplay77 accepts deposits via approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your arionplay77 Wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. arionplay77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the arionplay77 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Creating or operating more than one Account;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the arionplay77 Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any arionplay77 game or system;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;

• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or other circumvention tool.

All content on the arionplay77 Platform — including but not limited to the arionplay77 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of arionplay77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the arionplay77 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any arionplay77 content without prior written consent;
• Use the arionplay77 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised by arionplay77;
• Create derivative works based on any arionplay77 content or software.

Any unauthorised use of arionplay77 intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, arionplay77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the arionplay77 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, server outages, or connectivity issues;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security;
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond arionplay77's reasonable control.

arionplay77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your arionplay77 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit arionplay77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

arionplay77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

If you believe your gaming is becoming problematic, we encourage you to:

arionplay77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if arionplay77 reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority.

Upon termination of your Account:

• Your right to access and use the arionplay77 Platform will cease immediately;
• Any Bonus Funds in your Wallet will be forfeited;
• Real-money funds remaining in your Wallet will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification and the deduction of any amounts owed to arionplay77.

You may also request the voluntary closure of your arionplay77 Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the arionplay77 Platform, you agree to first contact arionplay77's customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. arionplay77 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

arionplay77 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Regulatory complaints may be directed to the relevant Philippine gaming authority.

arionplay77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, arionplay77 will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the arionplay77 Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must stop using the arionplay77 Platform and may request the closure of your Account in accordance with Section 12 of this Agreement.
